Project: Madoxx – B2B/B2C Design
Role: UX/UI Designer
Agency: Chameleon Creative Studio
Tools: Figma
Project Overview
Madoxx Lifestyle is a fashion and lifestyle brand distributing a variety of products including watches, jewelry, accessories, and lifestyle items. The objective of this project was to design a clear and scalable digital platform that allows users to easily explore products while also providing functionality for wholesale partners. The platform needed to support both retail customers and business clients without compromising usability.
Design Challenge
- / Products needed to be presented in a way that allows quick discovery across different product types
- / The platform needed to support both customer purchases and wholesale partnerships
- / Navigation needed to remain simple despite multiple product categories and brands
- / The interface had to balance fashion aesthetics with functional usability
The Goal
- / Design a clear and intuitive e-commerce browsing experience
- / Create a structure that supports both B2C customers and B2B wholesale partners
- / Improve product discovery through organized categories and filtering
- / Maintain a clean lifestyle brand aesthetic
- / Simplify the navigation architecture
UX Strategy
The UX approach focused on simplifying product exploration and creating a clear, intuitive user journey. To achieve this, products were organized into primary categories—Watches, Jewelry, Accessories, Lifestyle, and Outlet—allowing users to browse the store based on product type rather than brand. This structure makes navigation more natural and helps users quickly discover items that match their interests without needing prior knowledge of the available brands.
B2C Users
/ Discover products
/ Browse collections
/ Purchase items
B2B Users
/ Access wholesale information
/ Apply for partnership
/ View wholesale catalogues
Outcome
The final design creates a clear and scalable e-commerce platform that allows users to easily discover products while also supporting wholesale partnerships. The structure is designed to adapt as the brand expands its product range and distribution network.
