CEL Urban Developments is a Cyprus-based property development company specializing in contemporary residential projects. The goal of this project was to design a modern, responsive website that showcases the company’s developments, reflects its commitment to quality and innovation, and provides potential buyers with a seamless way to explore projects and get in touch.

UX Strategy
The UX strategy focused on guiding potential buyers through the property discovery journey. A clear information hierarchy, intuitive navigation, and strategically placed calls-to-action make it easy to explore developments, view project details, and contact the sales team with minimal effort.
Design Direction
The visual direction embraces a clean and sophisticated aesthetic inspired by contemporary architecture. Large imagery, elegant typography, generous whitespace, and a refined colour palette communicate quality, attention to detail, and modern living while maintaining a consistent user experience across all pages.
