Project Overview
P.Z. Agapiou Diagnostiki Lemesou is a clinical pathology laboratory providing diagnostic and laboratory services in Cyprus. The goal of this project was to redesign the company’s digital presence with a modern, accessible, and responsive website that enhances the patient experience, makes healthcare information and services easier to access, and provides a convenient online appointment booking system.

UX Strategy
The redesign focused on improving the patient journey by simplifying navigation, restructuring content, and making essential information easy to find. The information architecture was reorganized to help users quickly access laboratory services, appointment details, locations, and contact information while reducing cognitive load throughout the experience.

Design Direction
The visual direction embraces a clean and minimal healthcare aesthetic that communicates trust, professionalism, and reliability. Soft colours, generous whitespace, and clear typography improve readability, while structured layouts and consistent components create a calm and approachable user experience suitable for a medical environment.
Outcome
The redesigned website provides a significantly more intuitive and visually modern experience, making it easier for patients to explore services, find important information, and interact with the laboratory across desktop and mobile devices. The new interface better reflects the laboratory’s professionalism while strengthening its digital presence.
